TawnyDun Rory

Born:  31st May 2013
Dam: Willowtree Dancing Jubilee
Sire:   Hayselden Kadmus
BCPS Reg no. FC03486

Rory’s dam Willowtree Dancing Jubilee (Nancy) produces year after year the same stamp of foal, with exquisite conformation and absolutely eye-catching movement.
A pure-bred connemara with some of the best old Irish bloodlines - Wisbridge Erinmore & Fort Dara on his dam’s side, with Cloonisle Cashel & Mervyn Kingsmill on his sire’s side.  Rory is very athletic in his movement, with super straight paces and cheeky temperament, and he has his dam’s expressive trot - just look at him in the video.  His size is important too.   He should not go over 14hh (his dam is only13.3hh), which will make him eligible for the new WHP size of up to 14hh. Rory is leading well at home, has been turned out for the summer, and now would benefit from getting out in the showring!

Rory is a rare copper dun (buckskin) colour - and as he does not carry any grey gene he will not grey out at an early age.  He will catch the eye especially in a class of grey connemara ponies, and will stand out against a bay pony as he will have a wonderful golden sheen.  He is a classy looking pony with a pretty head and elegant paces - this will certainly give him the edge in the showring, either in hand or ridden.

Willow Tree Dancing Jubilee
Born:  2003
Dam:    Darabell
Sire:   Millfields Fanfare
BCPS Reg no. M01820

Nancy has produced 6 beautiful foals for me, all with her trademark expressive trot and exceptional presence.  She has the Clonkeehan Auratum line in her breeding , which shows in her exquisite head and paces, and ideal for WHP classes and put to stallions who produce overheight youngsters!
She has been broken for riding and will be ideal for an experienced small adult to hack or show at low level in the future.  She does need more schooling and education as she is a little nervous at times.  Or she could quite happily continue breeding classy foals who will not go over 14hh.
